Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items:
Custom pieces are non returnable. Unfortunately I do not accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds not accepted as standard. Please make sure you check measurements before purchase to ensure correct sizing. However, if you have any issues please contact me directly at info@sosloe.com.
Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
