Shipping policy
I aim to ship all orders in 1-3 business days.
All domestic orders are sent Standard tracked via NZ post. A tracking link will be sent to you, please allow 48 hours for tracking info to be updated.

Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders come with a tracking number, which you will receive in an email once your order has been dispatched.
Will I have to pay taxes and duties?
It’s important to note that once you order reaches its final destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which is paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
All items are sent tracked, which includes cover for damage or loss. Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages or any address and order errors made by the customer.
